Hotel Operations

The Hotel Operations platform is designed to assist with lean-shift and overnight operational workflows, including request routing, tracking, escalation and handover.

The platform does not guarantee that every guest request, maintenance issue, security concern, emergency or operational problem will be identified, resolved or escalated within a particular period.

Restaurant Operations

Weather, sales, reservation, staffing, inventory and other forecasts may be incomplete or inaccurate. Recommendations should therefore be reviewed against actual operating conditions before implementation.

Graveyard Workforce is not a substitute for established emergency procedures, food-safety procedures, fire-safety procedures, security procedures, occupational safety requirements, qualified technical personnel or applicable laws and regulations.

Safety-critical decisions must remain with the responsible manager and/or appropriately qualified personnel. AI recommendations must not be treated as certification, clearance or authorisation to ignore applicable safety procedures.

No Guarantee of Business Results

Actual outcomes depend on the customer's data, operating environment, management decisions, workforce and implementation.
